You have a few options if you choose not to have your device repaired. First if you want it shipped back to you there is a 12 dollar return shipping fee, second some devices we may offer a cash or trade in value for, or third we can simply recyle your device.
No, our Free Testing Service means that we will figure out what is wrong with your device and let you know how much it cost to fix, but to actually fix it does cost money.
Most Free Testing boxes will arrive within 5-7 days.

Yes we provide tracking numbers on all domestic shipments. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer once the order has been shipped.
We can say that rarely has a package been lost or stolen in shipping, but if you are concerned about this then we suggest that you purchase insurance on your shipment. If your package is lost and you have purchased insurance we will replace the unit with one of equal value, if you have not purchased insurance you will be responsible for replacing the device.
We ship via USPS, and UPS.
Warranty (1)
Yes all parts and repair include a 30 day warranty on the specific part that we supplied or replaced. We do offer other warranties at a additional charge.

We provide customs numbers, these numbers will provide information up until it reaches customs. If you would like a full tracking number please contact us for other shipping options, though be warned these other shipment options can be very pricey.
Yes we do ship all over the world. All international shipments are shipped via USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority Mail International.
