A: if the part your ordered is not working properly you will need to send it back to Podimus, and we will then exchange it for a working part.
A: In the event you ordered the wrong part we will exchange the part for the correct one and you can pay the difference or we will credit you the difference. If you want to return the part for a refund there is a 15% restocking fee.
A: all our parts and repairs include a 6 month warranty.
A: Installation on all parts is only a small fee of 5 dollars.
A: If you are unsure what is wrong or what part is needed to repair your device, you can send it in free of charge for our Free Testing Service.
A: this option means that we are going to mail the part to you and you are going to install the part. Don’t forget to order the correct tools if you select this option.
A: this option means that you are going to mail your device into us and we will install your part and make sure everything is working correctly and mail it back to you.
A: yes we welcome drops if you are in the area, we are here Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

A: We are located in the Monument, Colorado.
A: We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Overnight. Rates will vary depending on your preferred shipping method.
A: We do have a 90 day abandonment policy, but if you keep us updated we can hold it longer.
A: yes you are more than welcome to make instalment payments for your repair, but remember your device will not ship until the full payment is made.
A: We currently offer this service for all Zunes, iPods, and iPhones.
A: Once a repair is approved and paid for most are repaired and shipped back within 24 hours, if we believe it will take longer we will notify you and let you know how long.
A: The label we provide is USPS Business Reply Label and is shipped via First Class Mail. If you would like to add insurance or delivery confirmation you will need to pay for your own label. If you need your device diagnosed more quickly you are welcome to use your own shipping service, just let us know and we won’t send a box.
A: we do accept orders from all over the world, though we cannot mail our free testing box an prepaid label out of the United States, but you are more than welcome to mail it with your own box and shipping.
A: there is a 5 dollar return shipping charge, we also can recycle your broken device or we also offer buy back prices.
A: The Free Testing Service is a very easy process:
1. Submit your info in the Free Testing Order Form
2. We then mail you a box and prepaid shipping label.
3. Once we receive you device we will diagnose it and notify you of the cost of repairs.
4. Then you decide if you want to have it repaired or not.
Most repairs are completed and shipped back to you within 24 hours of the repair authorization, unless otherwise noted.
We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, and USPS Overnight.
If you choose to decline a repair after previously authorizing and the repair has been made, you will be charged a technician fee to reverse the repair of $25.00.
All other declined repairs will be shipped back first class mail, at a fee of 10.00 dollars.
